My journey into the world of educational technology began with a keen interest in how data can be leveraged to enhance learning outcomes. This led me to explore the potential of data analytics and adaptive learning platforms in creating more effective, engaging, and personalized educational experiences. I have worked and collaborated with several dc area public charter school programs an a variety of capacities leading to years of experiences in special education, intervention, assessment coordination, academic coaching and educational data management.

At Third Eye, we aim to revolutionize the education landscape by making data driven education accessible to all, ensuring every student has the tools and support they need to succeed.

I am also deeply committed to aligning our solutions with educational standards like the Common Core, ensuring that our offerings not only innovate but also comply with essential educational benchmarks. By combining strategic vision with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement, I strive to lead Third Eye Analytics in a way that is both visionary and grounded in practical, data-driven insights.

Outside of work, I am an advocate for lifelong learning and believe in the power of education to transform lives, I stay active in my community by speaking at DC Council meetings to advocate on behalf of students.

 

I'm continually seeking out new ways to leverage technology to improve outcomes and access for all students.
